    Interview availability for In-laws

    Hi
    I see the first available slot for interview at Chennai consulate as Jan 17 2017. Is this slot common to all the visa categories (H1, L1, Visitor etc)_ I am in a hurry to process visa for my in-laws where i need them in US before this year. Please advise if the slot would vary for visitor visa or so.

    Yes. Slot will be based on type of visa. Are you trying to schedule appointment in Tamil or in English?

      Thanks Jnk.. I am planning to schedule the interview in Tamil. Would language make a difference in the availability?
