i 94 record not found online

Hello all,

My mom has visitor visa from 2009 to 2019. She has visited me only once for 3 months in 2009. We are planning for her visit again in 2017. When I try to retrieve her I 94 record online it says record not found. She lives in bangalore. I tried all possible combinations with her name but still no success. I am getting worried that she may face issues at POE and she will be travelling alone. Can you please suggest if there are issues if I cannot retrieve her record online if so how can i get it rectified?

You should not worry about that. They may not have that old record online. People traveled all the time when there were no online records maintained by them.
