I came to India for my H1B Extension.

Can I send my parents for Visitor Visa Stamping though I am in India

yes you can.. As long as your petition is valid and they carry a copy of the same, there shouldnt be any issues. Just make sure your parents carry all the supporting docs like paystubs, invite letter, i134, w2 etc. As a matter of fact, sometimes the officer wont ask for any supporting documents and just providing answers to the questions posted suffice. Anyhow it all depends
