  • Applying B2 visa to brother and his family...

    Hi,

I have a valid H1B visa and i am planing to apply visitors visa for my brother and his family. My brother is working and sister-in-law is a housewife. They have 2 kids, 1st kid is 12years old and 2nd kid is 10years old. What are there chances of getting visa. I have recently applied visitor visa for my in-law's and they got the visa. For the next visa how many months gap i should give? Please let me know.

    Thanks,
    Nageshwar.

A lot will depend upon the income and financial ties of your brother with home country.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

The gap you are referring to would only apply to the same people coming again to visit (your in-laws). As mentioned, the chances of them getting the visa is based on their strong ties to home country showing they would return.
