Tourist Visa application for me and my boyfriend

Hello everyone.


1. I just want to clarify if my boyfriend and I can apply together for Tourist Visa or does it have to be a separate application?

2. I once had interviewed last year but got denied. Do they keep all the information I entered in their system before if ever I'll re-apply again?

1. Separate application.
2. Yes. All the information saved in their system. When you file ds-160 form there is one one questions- Have you ever been refused US Visa? You have to answer Yes. Even though your visa denied you can still reapply and at the time of interview visa officer may ask additional questions.
