Can my boyfriend and I can apply in one application?

1. I just want to clarify if my boyfriend and I can apply together for Tourist Visa or does it have to be a separate application?

2. I once had interviewed last year but got denied. Do they keep all the information I entered in their system before if ever I'll re-apply again?

You have to apply separately for visitor visas.

The Embassy will have information about any previous visa applications.
