Sponsoring Tourist Visa

Hi ,
I am currently residing in FL , and I want to get a Tourist Visa stamped (so she can travel US ) for my mother, the only problem is I may move in to another country temporarily in another 2 months or so , and the visa dates are around 2.5 Months from now . Now I am thinking of asking my Friend to Sponser my mother's visa . But we are not sure if that can be done ,what should we show as reason and relationship , It will be great if somebody can help me out here.

When you are in US better you to sponsor her rather than a third person.

I advise against your friend sponsoring. Anyway, she need not say
that you are out of the US at the time of her interview. Your sponsorship
papers will still be valid.
