B1/2 for brother

My single brother has his own business in India dealing with US clients. I would like to call him to USA for short visit - 3-4 weeks. I am not sure which visa would be better - tourist visa with me sponsorig OR business visa with his client sponsoring?

Which visa has greater chance of getting? Incidentally, I am employed with one of his biggest client. Can this make a difference in a getting the business visa?

Any help is appreciated.

Do not even think about a tourist visa. It is hard to get for young single people.Business visa has a much better chance with him financing his own trip.You should stay out of the picture and your brother should not mention you to the consular unless specifically asked for.
(He cannot avoid mentioning you on form DS156).
