I have my permanent gc ( which I got through my ex spouse and things didn't work out and I had to apply for conditions to be removed for my gc and ended up getting permanent gc) I am eligible to apply for citizenship Aug 2016.
. I met my current husband through family and in 2016 to visit me in order to see if this would with between us and he's come prior with his family too when we never knew each other.Eventually we liked each other and I went to India and got married to him in Aug.
I would like to know the following
Once I apply for citizenship and get mine somewhere around Jan/Feb - Do I have to disclose( since our wedding is not registered in india)that I'm married or not?
1- can my husband travel on his B1/B2 to US and we get married here again and then can I file for his GC?
2- If I disclose that I'm married in my citizenship paperwork, can he still come on b1/b2 in Nov and stay here for 90days by then I get my citizenship and I sponsor for his GC - if yes? Does he have to go back and re enter?
3- once I get my citizenship can I file for him while he's outside us and then I travel to India and stay with him till he gets approved. Is it possible?
