B2 visa for my mother and autistic brother

Hi,

I am a F-1 visa holder currently working on my OPT STEM extension. Both my parents work at two different PSU companies each and have a very good income, bank balance and properties. My elder brother (28) is autistic. He is not employed and lives with my parents. My mom and brother have applied for B2 visa to visit me in the next few months. My dad has been busy at his job, so he'll be applying next year to visit me. My parents or my brother have no intention of migrating to the US and they're solely coming here to spend some time with me and to travel. In fact, I will myself be returning back home (India) in the next 1-2 years.

I know that my brother's case is not too strong, however, I badly want him to visit me along with my mom. We don't have any disability certificate, although if you suggest that would help, we can get one. Please suggest what we could do to make his case stronger and also what questions can he expect to be asked by the Visa interviewer and also how he should answer them.

PS: Since he's autistic, we need to prepare him a lot to answer questions, as he can easily get nervous.

You can get disability certificate that will be helpful. Your brother is depends on your mother so most likely if your mother visa approved then your brother will also get. Visa officer might not ask any question to your brother. But you can prepare him with general question like whom he is visiting, tourist places in US, which state do you live, your visa status etc.
