Going For Second Time

Hello,

I am wondering if we(sponsor) have to resend the I-34 and the same thing do my parent have to refill their I-56/56 forms.

Any help on this is appreciated.

I assume ur visa was rejected first time and trying for a second time??

Yes, pls send new I 134 and they need to take a fresh appt by taking the HDFC receipt again. They do need to fill DS 156/DS 157 again. Also u may want to resend docs such as bank stmts, emp. letter etc..

Doesnt it depend on the interval between the first apt and the next too? Cos when my mother went for her second apt in a little over 2 weeks, I did not resend any of the documents from here. She did fill out the DS156/157 though. 2 weeks was too little time (a) for anything to have changed substantially on my end and (b) to resend all the docs to India
