DS 160 Help

Hi, i'm filling the DS 160 for get a new visa and have some doubts.

1. My planned trip is for shopping only. Can i ask for a B1/B2 visa? Conferences in my college degree interests me in a near future.

2. If a can apply for B1/B2. Being my past visa B2, i answer yes or no for "Are you applying for the same type of visa?"?

3. I have no ideia if a have been ten-printed (i was 15 in the past visa). Check no?

4. What to do in U.S. Contact if there isnt any? A site suggests to put a hotel contact
