Hi , i am age of 26 years and unmarried.

I have applied for Two times for visitor visa .
I want to go for Tour of USA for 10 days as my company provide LTA(Live travel allounce) for 15 days
, and my school friend to whom i have not met since 8 years.Currently he is not able to send me a latter.
I was applied in june and than applied in august..
Amd i was rejected.


1. First tiem my interview was like this.(INTERVIEW AROUND 3 MINUTES)
* VO: why usa.
-> me: Two visit country for enjoy birthday and there are my friends.
* VO: how many couuntry you have traveled.
-> me: No one.
* VO: How many earning .
-> me: 3O thousand .[i haven't mentioned month or year]
* VO: Work
-> me: information technology...[did not explain much more]

VO answer = rejected.

2. Second tiem my interview was like this.(INTERVIEW AROUND 1 MINUTES)
* VO: why usa.
-> me: I have LTA (live travle allowance) and my birthday.

VO answer = rejected.


@ SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO GET VISA....
IS ANY ANSWER .ANY ANSWER WILL BE APPRECIATED....PLEASE HELP ME.

@ SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO GET VISA....

First of all Indian tax laws do not allow one to claim LTA for international travel, so it would be fruitless.

Secondly 30K INR per month is on the lower side to have the officer be convince d that you will return back to your job.

Thirdly, going so far spending nearly 6 months of your salary for a friends's birthday does not appear very convincing.

There really is nothing you can do to get a visa. You're young, appear not have strong ties to home country (wife, kids, own property, etc.), have no travel history and the purpose of the visit is not a strong one. And that's before even knowing which country you live in or are a citizen of which can also have a big impact. If your coming from a high immigration risk country for the U.S., it will make it almost impossible.
