  • Parents visiting USA - need advice (valid visitor visa stamped)

My parents have a valid visitor visa , for 10 years, stamped in 2014. The visa was sponsored by my brother, while he was in Ohio state.
Now, my parents want to visit me, in Philadelphia. I understand that there should not be any problem with the a different port of entry.

But here is my confusion, even my brother has moved to a different state since 2014, so do my parents need any updated documents from my brother and/or me when they travel.

    Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Your parents applied for and were issued 10 year multiple entry visas. Your brother didn't sponsor their visas, he simply stated he was going to cover their first visit from a financial standpoint. Their visas are independent of anything to do with you or your brother. They applied for the visas to come and visit their children, but they don't have to use them for that purpose. Hope this helps clarify.

This is my opinion and not legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
