Dear sir,my question is different from all ,my friend in now in USA on bond & his asylum case is under process, his wife & kids want to come USA to visit , but in visa form if wife tells that her husband in USA & status illegal the visa consulate will not grant visa, but if she lies that her husband in India (or anywhere else )if in that case visa is refused & in future when her husband granted asylum so will she faced the problems in future that she lie before or not if some one have knowledge please post it
