passport delivery address

i have a doubt about the passport delivery address.
while filling up the info online, i had tried giving my parent's home address, it was not taking it, i gave my brother's home address who stays in bangalore as alternative address, that is the address shown in my father's invitation letter.
is there any chance that this may make a confusion as in my father's passport his home address is given.
please advise,
