DS-160 / is it really required for parents / B2

Hello experts ,

I am about to apply the visitor visa for my parents . And there is a Family category - seen in sample form .
My grand father passed away before i was born - and we do not have any of his birth document .

Question ..
1-) for my parents - has it to by Grand parents details .

For adult applicants, birth certificates of their parents are not required.
