Firstly, my intentions are simply just to date her longer. If marriage comes up i just want to know what may happen. I'm (M27) a USA citizen. My girlfriend is Taiwanese. I am finishing up my work contract and am heading back home December 21. I don't wish to be here in Taiwan any longer. I would like to bring my girlfriend back with me. Just to keep dating. I really like were it's going and she seems like she wants to do the same thing. So if we both go to America December 21 to keep dating, and if we get married with that look like visa fraud. Since we traveled together. I just think maybe our situation may be a little more risky than if I was already there and she came on a later date. It may look like we 'ran off together'. But honestly I just want to keep dating her and see if I want to marry her. I'm not thinking marriage is for sure. I just don't want her to get banned from America. Also, what if we do get married. we file I-130 and 485 and she returns back to Taiwan before her 90 days visitor visa is up. Will that be safer?
