Actual birth date is different from date in Passport

I am planning to sposnor my Parents visitors visa. My Year of birth in passport and h1b and all official documents is different from actual birth date which is mentioned in birth certificate . Birth certificate is required for sponsering parents ... What to do in this situations??? any suggestion.

Consulars look at the birth certificate mainly to establish your relationship with your parents i.e. their names must be mentioned on your birth certificate. As for the DOB discrepancy , the consular may not notice it and if he does your parents can explain the reason, whatever the reason is.
