Can we take 2 appointments for visitor visa?

Hi

I want to take Telugu appointment for my parents to come to US in August. I didn't get any appointment in Telugu, so I took an English appointment for Aug 29th. Can I purchase one more receipt and take one more appointment, instead of cancelling the existing one. Also that way if they get rejection for the first time, they can go for 2nd attempt. I'm first time user for this site. Please advice.

Atleast with the old system you could not take two appts at the same time not too sure with this new one.

But why would you wanna waste money? Wait and take Telugu appt itself if the are comforatble with that than English.

We called VFS Mumbai on same topic and have been told that their system accepts it but they don't recommend us doing it. Good luck.

Give your best shot in the first appointment. Not on the second one. Consulates keeps track of simultaneous appointments.
