  • Being Accused to Involve in Terror Activities

    Hi All,

    Thanks for stopping by and reading my post. I hope you can help me with your feedback.

    I am a Kurdish guy who lives and works in Europe. Because of my job i applied to US travel visa to join my training in US.
    First my visa has been approved but the day after i received a call and i have been told that my application is under administrative processing which means that they did research on me.

    After 2 years of Long Administrative Processing i received a letter from US Embassy that my visa been denied under section 212 a3b which is relation to terror activities.
    I believe that this is a joke or a big mistake. Because i have never been involved in any terror activities. I was thinking that having a muslim name or coming from a trouble are brought this decision but myself i never had anything in my life. I am professional and even i have my own company.

    My question to you guys;

    I would like to reply the embassy asking the details of the decision. I mean i want to see which activities they talk about. As Us embassies are really hard to deal i want to go with legal language.

    Do any of you know under which US law i can ask my right ?> Which article, or section covers my personal rights ?

    I mean it is a serious thing to accuse someone to be involved to terror activities. I have never had any conviction or interrogation in my life. If i was involved in such a thing i should be in jail or under control.

    I personally dont care anymore to travel to USA but this mark that they put on my name it is a serious thing and will remain there if i wont act or i wont go behind my rights.

    I appreciate your feedback or comment in relation to my problem. In the country that i live solicitors has no clue to US laws so maybe some of you can help me.

    By the way if this is not a right section to put this post please let me know i can move it.

    Looking forward to see your contribution,

    Regards,

    You can consult an expert immigration attorney who is aware with those kind of rules.
    This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.
