B2 Visa refusal

Hello there..i had an appointment in Dahran Consulate Saudi arabia.. me and my wife. the interview was something i mentioned below

VO( Female ): Good morning Gentalman
Me: Good morning Mam

VO : reason to Travel?

Me: to attend the Graduation ceremony of my cousin sister in law

VO : have you been to other countries?

Me : yes

VO : is she is daughter ? she asked to my wife she replied No man she is my cousin sister

VO: how long you work in company

me: answered ( 7 years )

vo: you have kids..i said No yet

VO: how much is ur salary

me: answered

VO: how long you gonna stay

me : 3 weeks

VO : do you have any relative?

ME : i said No.

VO: sorry we cannot issue you the visa and gave us the rejection form and told us to apply again


could anyone tell me the reason of rejection ? and if it is adviseable to re apply again from india?

Your reason to visit USA to "to attend the Graduation ceremony of my cousin sister in law" does not sound too much convincing.
