Duration of trips for B2

I am a holder of a 5 years multiple U.S B2 visa. I visited the state on the 27th of August to 21 of September.(though I had 6 months stay) I want to know of the exact duration or interval between visits trips? Can I re-visit again any time soon or within a month? I need help please
