Help.. B2 tourist Visa

Hi.. My B2 tourist visa got approved today..

I plan to visit my brother in US for 1 month from dec to jan.

Later around march i plan to take my parents with me to US for 3 months.

Is it possible ?

Can i make multiple visit within a short duration in between?

Please clarify.
