  • Please Help me for B2 visa

Hello everyone, Once I have applied B1 visa in 2013 September. I got refused they gave me a yellow paper which was the refusal letter under class section 214b.
I was on employee base in a company, I have invitation from a company in US. I have shown my salary only 25k. My post was as a marketing manager in company. The trip was sponsor by my company, all the expenses and the air ticket will by my company. So I took all the necessary documents of the company. My interview was in Urdu language. On the interview day.

The officer was she. So she salaam me and I respond him back ws.
She asked my, why do you want to go US?
    Me. for business meeting.
She asked what kind of business meeting?
Me. I said for import and export.
She. Have you ever been to any other country?
Me. yes once I have been to KSA, in 1995.
    She. Are you marred?
Me. I said no I’m single.

Then she typed something on computer and she gave me my passport back with yellow paper and said American policy are so strict. She didn’t seen a single document from my file. Then I return back, got nothing.

Now it’s been 3 years ago. I want to apply again, but this time B2 visa.
I’m working as a CRO in a new company from past 2 years. My salary is 90k now. I have visited Dubai, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Turkey. So is it good enough travel history to get B2 visa? I want to visit for 2 weeks.
How much sufficient balance in my account?
How much bank statement I need to show?
What documents I need for the strong ties?

One thing more I have in my mind it’s been 3 years ago, do they have my old refusal record or they will removed it after 3 years?
Please give me relevant information. Thank you.

Your old visa refusal record will be there forever.

    1. There is no specific amount balance needs to be in your account. You can't add additional money into your account at the time of your interview. They need ongoing income and deposit into your account.
    2. Answer is same as above. Around 5 lakhs which will be sufficient for US trip.
    3. Employer letter, tax return, bank statement etc.
This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.
