alphanumeric Charaters

Hello,

I am not sure how to overcome this alphanumeric problem. I am applying for visitor's for one of my relative.
They have the address with alphanumeric characters like dash(-), dot(.). Most of these Hyderabad addresses will have this numbers.

Has anyone got this problem? If so, how to overcome solve this?

Don't enter alphanumeric character. Enter the address without it and put space.
