Long Name problem

Hi

I took an online VISA appointment for my parents online for interview at chennai. When i started entering my dad's name it was too long and i could not enter the complete name. The DS 156 and DS 157 now does not have the complete name as in the passport. I tried changing several times but i am not allowed to change the name and i read in the following link

that the details will be collected online if i make a online appointment. I am worried since my dad's name doesnt appear complete as in passport.

Pls. suggest me what can be done.

Thats ok. Just take new printouts of DS 156 and DS 157 and manually fill all details. Make the corrections using red ink to make it distinct. Take both (online and manual) copies for interview. Let the officer know abt the changes.
