Administrative Processing 3 days after successful B1 B2 interview in Calgary

Went to Embassy for interview Monday morning and until Wednesday night it still shows Admin Processing (update date is still interview date). Visa Officer said it's been approved and expect visa in a few days.

Is this normal? Should I be worried? I know this consular post usually returns passports to people the following day after interview.

Still waiting on the same status. The case is very straightforward since my mom is old and is a PR of Canada. Nothing unusual that I can think of. She's been retired for 8 years now and the interview was just 3 questions about where she stays and the trip itinerary and she got approved.
