visitor visa for me and my family

My family is applying for visitor visa for Dec vacation,my wife and two kids are 3 and 6. We have an invitation letter from my uncle who work with us government and he will be one paying for everything when we get there.i have a good job with my wife.please advice what we will need to submit at the embassy because we have not traveled before
