My friends child is a US citizen and her husband is a US citizen too. She has a tourist visa only. Now, they want to go back to United states after 1 year of vacation. Will they have a problem entering the US? Will the immigration question them why the mother is not a citizen or just a tourist visa and the baby is a US citizen? Thank you!
