Does this mean a 10year multiple entry visa

My mother got her passport back today with her visa stamped.This is what was stamped in the passport.

Chennai ------------- Visa type R B1/B2
Surname

Given Name

Passport Number
issue date 21.03.06
Expiration Date
16.03.2016 1010

I wanted to know whether this means a 10 year multiple entry visa.

looks like YES.. There should be an M somewhere that indicates multiple entry

Visa seems to be valid for 10 years However you would should look for a M which confirms 10 years multiple entry visa.
