Hello,
My fiancée and I have an event in Las Vegas in December. She is a Mexican citizen currently residing in Mexico City with the B2(Tourist Visa) and K1(Fiancée Visa). We want to use her B2 Visa for the temporary visit so she can return to Mexico and spend the holidays with her family. Then the plan is for her to come back to the U.S in January with the K1 visa, with the intention of getting married and continuing with the K1 Visa Process. Would anyone have any recommendations on what to do, or any previous experience. I'm nervous that the officer will either deny her entry and send her back to Mexico, or make her enter with the K1 Visa. Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
