How to get the visa denied report?

My B-2 visa has been denied. I have a good job and great salary in China. I could not figure out why my visa has been denied. A company told me that they can get my visa denied report from us embassy officers. In this report, I can see what visa officer laid out the points why I cannot get the visa. The company also shows someone's reports to me and I think those reports really exist. I would like to know how I can get my denied report? Thank you!

That is fraud company. There is no such thing. Don't fall for it.
