As DS160 is already filled and fee is already paid all I have to do is take an interview for my cousin and her 2 year old son.
This is step by step process. I check all the way to step 6 where it asked me to add an application and showed the kid's info. I clicked 'Continue'.
The following appeared on the screen. Does it mean I have to remove the kid's name from the interview. Please advise.

Each visa applicant, whether an individual, a dependant family member, or as part of a group, must independently meet the following criteria to qualify for interview waiver. If any individual, a dependant family member or a group member, is not eligible under the renewal criteria it is advisable to remove the individual from the family or group before proceeding to schedule the appointment.
