H1B Validity for sponsoring visitor visa (B2)

Hi,

I am currently on my H1B visa which is valid till April 2017. My Employer is yet to apply extension for my visa. I am planning to bring my parents to US in Feb 2017 and will stay for 3 to 4 months. So I have already did all the sponsoring work and have taken visa appointment for them for Nov 17th. Now am little concerned on the validity of my visa since it will expire during their stay here as per my current petition.

Is my visa validity an issue for visa interview or the immigration when they travel?

Please advice.

Once their visa approved then it doesn't matter the validity of your visa. So they will be fine.
