Reg visitor visa

Hi,
I am applying for B2 visa for me and my family.My brother is staying in US who is going to sponsor me for the trip.My intended date of travel and stay is from May 28th -2017 for a month .My brother's visa expires by 27th May, but his I94 expiry is still November. Please let me know if i will face issues in my visa approval for this reason.Is so what support documents i need to produce for my visa clearance.Please guide me in this regard.

Visitor visa approval will be based on your eligibility NOT with the sponsor visa expiration date. You can submit his visa extension receipt.
