Jamaica Student visa, want to apply Tourist

Hello my name is Amrish. I have student visa of Jamaica. I m Indian citizen. I m in Colbourne College and I like to visit US for one month. Can anyone tell me do I have to go back to India for visa process or can I able to apply from Jamaica for my visitor visa to USA?

You should apply for US visitor visa from your home country NOT from Jamaica.

surnames on ds 160

hallo,
i have two surnames on my passport. ZZZ(maiden name) YYY(after marriage).
do i have to put my both surnames on ds 160?
i put only my maidens name before marriage and submitted the form.
do i need to create a new ds 160 with both surnames?

please help
