Hi,
My parents were issued B1/B2 visa previously which expired this year. I'm in the process of renewing their B2 visa. I have filled up DS-160s for both of them and when I went to ustraveldocs to determine whether they qualify for a dropbox appointment, I was asked the following question.
Do you have a previous B-2 (Pleasure)?
What should be the answer to this question? Should it be yes because they had a B1/B2 visa; or should it be no because they had a B1/B2 visa and not just a B2 visa?
