Question for : What do I need to do if I want to renew my immigrant visa

I'm a senior citizen, I went back home to Philippines from the US last 2011.
I got sick and I was not able to go back to US for a couple of years until now.
My permanent resident card expired last 04-12-2012. How do I renew my residence visa since I want to visit my children in the US even as tourist?

You can apply for visitor visa or start the immigrant visa process all over again. You can't renew immigrant visa once it expired.
