My wife is currently in India and I'm in USA. I'm trying to get a visitor's visa for my parents-in-law. My plan is to bring them along with her while coming to USA.
In this question,they are asking
"Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents, in the United States?"
Should I give yes and include my wife's name or give it "No" because I'm sponsoring them as son-in-law..
If else should I give my wife's name in the number of people travellng with them but my wife has a valid H4 visa....
