Hi,
I was hoping someone could help direct me in the right direction or provide me with some answers to my questions. I want to get my underage cousin (11) a B-2 visa to visit family in the US. She would be coming by herself without her Mom. Her mom has 2 sisters in the USA and can provide for their niece, my cousin to stay and visit for a little while. So here go my questions:
1. Does my minor cousin need to have proof of income to be able to come to the USA- she's only 11 so she doesn't have a bank account or anything and she doesn't work? She is in school.
2. Is it even possible for her to come without her Mom, (her dad recently passed away so only her mom would be her legal guardian)?
3. Do letters of invitation from family members in the USA help her case when getting interviewed?
