Sponsor Documents if Interview Waived

My parents recently applied to renew their visa and received a notification that their interview is waived. They need to go for fingerprinting and photo. In this case when and where would they be expected to submit the sponsor documents (since I will be sponsoring their visit)?

My parents recently applied to renew their visa and received a notification that their interview is waived. They need to go for fingerprinting and photo. In this case when and where would they be expected to submit the sponsor documents (since I will be sponsoring their visit)?

They will not be required to submit sponsor documents at all. Their interview has been waived. They will just go for their fingerprinting / photos.
