Should I seen each of the Sponsorship supporting documents for B2 Visitor visa?

Should I sign each of the Sponsorship supporting documents for B2 Visitor visa like the copy of my passport,bank statement,I797 ,i94 etc

One of my friend told me,just wanted to confirm
