I am U.S citizen and want to apply for green card for my sister. My sister has a 10 year multi entry B2 visa and is living in China. If I file 130 form for her now, it may take over 10 year for her to get immigrate visa. Meanwhile, can she still visit U.S by using her B2 visa?
