Travel to US on B2 Visa (my son petition is on extension)
Hi There, I have planned for my mother travel on Jan 31st 2017 (her visa interview date is 5th of Jan) but my amendment is ending on Jan 14th 2017 . I have filled for extension and have received the Receipt Copy . Expected month of getting approved document (i797) for my extension will be April or May 2017. Can anyone please help suggesting if is there is chances of interview getting rejected due to this or any changes of facing problem in port of entry. Really worried about this.
