Visitor visa for parents - both kids in US

I am prepping my parents for US visitor visa. Both of their kids are in US and one of them have GC too.
My dad recently retired - meaning closed the business 2 years ago. We have house in India.

The intent of their visa is purely to visit us and go back home.

How does everyone handle scenarios like this during interviews? How can we show their close ties with India?

In this situation it will be difficult to convince visa officer for their non immigrant intent but it's not impossible. Be honest and let visa officer decide.
