Affidavit for Property in B2 Visa - No CA available

Hi
My parents in law are preparing documents for declaring property. But the problem is that there are no Chartered Accountants in their village.
Also,should we use stamp paper for declaration?

Is the notary enough to declare?

Affidavit can be either on Stamp paper or on Plain paper as long as it is notarized.

If you are going for the stamp paper, the value of the stamp paper depends on the worth of the property. Normally notary people can suggest whether to use Rs.20, Rs 50 or Rs 100 ( better to go on Rs 100/- stamp paper as a safe side)
