Cancer patient MIL for Visitor Visa

Hi Friends,

We are in a situation where my MIL is undergoing chemo treatment and not able to travel to Chennai to get new Visitor visa (Her current visitor visa is getting expired next March). She got Visitor visa on March 2007. Is there anyway she can get the visa without traveling to Chennai ?

Look like she is eligible for interview waiver program.

Since she is not doing well with her health and Visa Application center is in another State, is there anything we can do to get her visa without traveling ? Can her daughter carry the required documents to Chennai Visa application center and get mother's visa renewed ?
