Second Time visit to USA

Hello Sir/Madam

I am kashyap from bangalore. My parents had been to US in 2003 and it has expired now(was issued for one year).They had interview in chennai consulate.They had got visa for only one year.Do they have to go to chennai for the second time.Or there any facility to renew visa here itself.Since they had got visa for already.Please help.My father was in service then and he is retired now.so please guide us to help my parents getting a visa.My sister is sponsorer there and she is a green card holder.Please send few tips regarding how to take up interview this time around.Will there be any question that might puzzle them?

They cannot get their visa in bangalore , they will have to appear for the interview in chennai. It should not be problematic if they was no overstay during their first visit.

But sometimes you get a difficult visa officer and there have been
reports of people being denied the visa even after a trip to US, so they must be prepared to show good ties to India. In the light of your father
being retired, I'd suggest it will be in their favour if they can show self
financing of the trip using their savings rather than your sis sponsoring.
And they should make sure there's no inconsistency in the information
they presented during the first and the current interviews.
