Visit visa for sister and family

mostly i read queries/suggesions on this website regarding parent's visit visa.
I want to know, how much difficult is to get visit visa for sister and her family. My brother is well settelled in usa with bank job. guide me. Thanx in advance.

Main criteria for visitor visa are the same
that is the consular must be convinced that-
1. you have enough ties to home country that you will return after the visit
2. and that you can afford the trip.

Specifically, in your case please provide brother's visa status in US and
sister's status (no. of children, ages, husband's occupation, sister's
occupation, previous refusals if any, purpose of visit to US)
